We want you to love your cashmere. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return:

• Email us at info@stylebyamanda.co.nz  with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
  

Exchanges:

• If you’d like a different size or colour, please let us know in your return email. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

• Faulty or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping.
